Update: One dead, one injured in NLR shooting | News
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Wednesday morning just after midnight, North Little Rock Police officers say they were patrolling the area around Silver City Courts and heard numerous gun shots.
Officers located a vehicle stopped in the roadway at Percy Machin near 18th and Allen streets. According to the report, they discovered two men inside the vehicle with gunshot wounds.
The two men were taken to separate hospitals in the Little Rock area. One of the victims, 21-year-old Stevie Lee Estes Jr., died from his injuries Thursday.
Police believe the motive was robbery. They are still searching for the suspect at this time.
This investigation is still ongoing and more information regarding this incident will be released as it becomes available.
